This is accomplished with the assistance of our commercial offices in Antwerp, Hamburg, Brisbane, Tokyo, and Rio. In addition, Fednav maintains close contact with customers and brokers around the world. We execute approximately 650 voyages per year carrying in excess of 25 million tons. Effective communications, liaising with port agents, stevedores, customers, etc., in addition to a constant dialogue with shipmasters, vessel owners as well as our customers, directly or via their brokers, are key to our success.

Additionally, we are responsible for purchasing fuel, towage and pilotage services, directly or via our port agents, and for the overall financial success of each voyage.

Our team is made up of dedicated and professional individuals who look after the operation of our fleet, cargo stowages, voyage planning, contract administration, documentation and quality control.
